KIS has a parent company called YBM that owns several language schools. While KIS is not a language school we are still an affiliate of YBM. The perk of working for a big company is a fancy annual Thanksgiving party. They really rolled out the red-carpet for us. The food was terrific. We started with a salmon and shrimp tartar, then a shitake mushroom soup, then a beef tenderloin, followed up by a lemon cheesecake. Yum!
At the Grand Hyatt in Seoul.

Our pal Colin made a balloon animal...just thought it was a funny pic...

One of the entertainment acts was the B-Boys. These guys pulled off some incredible breakdancing moves. These guys were for real!

The ballroom was packed!

The Kindergarten teachers: Jen, Lara, Jess.

A picture of my first bread. I must have to say that I was overly impressed with myself. (pat on the back.)

Ahhh...another beautiful sunset.

Our 7 year anniversary of being together. I had flowers delivered to school. I didn't realize they would print out "love, Brian" on the ribbon. So, the secretaries at school have been giving me a really hard time ever since...in good fun of course. If you look closely on the ribbon to the right you can see the writing. Anyway, Jen made a great breakfast the next morning of crepes and croissants.

Hugo and I ready to go the Halloween party at Seoul International School (SIS). Sometimes we combine forces on events. The excitement is that Hugo just figured out a new formula for polyester.
